The Feldenkrais Method offers new ways to move, and new ways to think about movement, it is a unique and practical method that focuses on learning and movement.  The Method is named after its originator, Moshe Feldenkrais(1904-1984), an engineer and physicist as well as a Judo teacher.</span></div>
